Subsidised Home Insulation Grants
Anyone who owns their own home or is a private tenant qualifies for an insulation grant, even those not receiving benefits. There are both Loft Insulation Grants and Cavity Wall insulation grants available. Again, the utilities fund the schemes, and they are available throughout the country to everyone.

This scheme works the same as any 100% funded work, except there will be a small contribution from yourself when the work is completed. The grant funding, which can cover up to 70% of the costs, will be claimed back by our approved installer after the work is completed, so at no stage do you need to get involved with applying.
Though there is a cost involved, it is minimal as the utilities can pay up to 70% of the costs. This means the average installation pays for itself within two years due to the savings made on heating bills.
